Micael, Thank you for posting the article! Made very interesting reading! This brings me to a question I posted a two years ago on this thread that was answered by either Paul Engles or Sonny McWilliams. Intc by the end of 1998 will come out with the Merced! This chip is suppose to be the grand daddy of all the chips, "deus ex machina!!" Will there be a buyer! Will all PC owners abandon their PC's to buy this miracle? There is such a thing as over-kill! I just wonder! I have a good size of my long portfolio invested in INTC and love to see this PC marekt to take-off! It will do so surely, but when? Who knows! BTW, we already know that the earnings in this quarter will not meet the expectations! Any idea what is the analysts opinion of the following two quarters and when this slump will be over?
