There are no MM's on the B/A as that would be illegal until after the OTC approves the present on file 15C211's. What appears to have happened is two investors get together and agreed to Sell/Buy between themselves, but through a brokerage firm, or broker. When any private sale is transacted through a NASD member, it has to be reported to NASD. Thus you have a tape entry made on the sale. For the record, I have 865 shares for sale to the best offer over $50.00 per share (A hint to the shorts)..... Riley G
