Mike,
Very early in GE's workings, they were late on a couple of SEC filings. Now, last I heard, the matter was basically resolved. They are allowed to trade freely with no restrictions and have been timely on their reports since. So I only assume that no sanctions or large penalties were dealt to GE. There is an SEC filing (can't remember which one it was) that explains this in much better terms. It may be to your benefit to peruse these reports. I hope my explanation has helped, but keep in mind this info I give comes from memory only, so take it with a grain of salt. Hope to see you buy soon.

Brian
