regards,

Is this information different from the S13G filing and the F-3 filing that EDGAR on-line sent me - the filing mentioned 832,080 common stock. I did not see the dollar figures. Th S13-G mentions 10 % common stock held by the director and the F-3 mentions 16.3 % held by the Limited Partnership. IMHO, if these are separate filings, then 36 % of CTEownership is now in the hands of this new group. The filing dates are 4/10/98.

Pardon my ignorance and I welcome any corrections. I don't want to make an erroneous assumption. Any experts out there ? is there a simpler way to understand change of ownership ?
