One piece of advice. If the company decides to call the shares in, they will simply disappear from your brokerage account.

That is not true. If it happened to you it is against the LAW!!!! and you can get your shares back, etc.

Now maybe your Allerion had to "close their books" and that is what happened. The only danger is if you are a shorter, and the company calls in the shares you have to cover at that time.

Please do not post mis-information.
