Michael, I share that slow, inching, down, sinking feeling but I don't think good earnings is enough. What we need is a product...a product that will kick some ATI butt and Rage ass...a product that will let S3 coast into the holidays with every gamer in the world wanting a Virge 3X whatever and antsy for the Virge 3.5, just dying to spend their money....chuh-ching!!! chuh-ching!!!

Michael,
I believe S3 stated that they would not make money in the next two
quarters. S3 is in the quiet period now so you wont here much of
anything as far as news goes. This next conference call should
shine a light as far as what is going on with S3.The analysts are going
to ask about future products, S3 better have some good answers.
