Although I've only used this service for a little over a year, I've been very satisfied. All my orders have gone through (under 5 seconds for a confirmation) and have had no trouble otherwise except for about a 15 minute wait on the phone a couple of times for a service question. Otherwise I personally have no complaints. I'm interested in what the competition has to offer. Better services than ETRADE? Please let me know. <<
