<OFF TOPIC>***POTENTIAL BLOCKBUSTER :GBIT...LIBERTY CAPITAL'S NEW PICK...they say this can run to $7-$9 which is Fair Market Value; might want to immediately call them at 800-371-9117 (Cheryl or Jane)

THEIR STRONGEST BUY...FAIR MARKET VALUE = 350% above current levels
*GBIT (Global Intellicom) NASDAQ, REV's > $54MIL, Earnings coming this week expecting .32 for the year (according to Jane at Liberty Capital...yep the DGIV PR firm)
PRICE: about 2.25 (18 mo. range: $1.75-$6.25)
SHARES: only 7.5 mil (5.3 in float)

GREAT TIME TO BUY I BELIEVE: Current situation: down this morning on UNTRUE rumor on AOL this morning that there REG D shares might be converted and dilute the stock....great buying opp IMO (verified untrue by calling Liberty just now)

HERE'S THE STORY:
* In the Computer Systems built to order and integration biz; clients Loral, IBM, Lockheed, Dept of Defense; built to order servers, workstations, etc.; also 3 other divisions. The Global Insync division grew by 40% in 1996 and >40% in 1997. This company made a few minor mistakes, revamped and refocused and now full speed ahead,
with tons of PR behind them now that there is such a good story, according to Cheryl at Liberty Capital

* EARNINGS coming this week expected to be .32-.35 per share (per Jane at Liberty Capital...the folks who brought us DGIV)

* NO fewer than 5 publications will be feturing this stock over the next several weeks. They will be in Forbes (in an upcoming story), AND look at this list where they will appear:

WALL ST TRANSCRIPT will interview them this month (Apr)

ROBB REPORT (1.2 MILL READERS WILL HIGHLIGHT GBIT IN UPCOMING ISSUE

TODAY'S INVESTOR MAG (NEXT ISSUE)

INVESTOR'S CHRONICLE (MAY ISSUE)

CONSERVATIVE SPECULATOR INVESTMENT (MAY)

AND...Harry Manning, a NYO-financial writer has been hired by Jack Wynn of Jack Wynn and Co. and a special "Team" to prmote this stock, and has already contacted Dow Jones, Bloomberg, Reuters, Crain;s NY Biz, and elsewhere

Also Liberty Capital of course is now on board as PR firm which I like a lot; in fact that made this a no-brainer for me

**** JUST GOT A 5 PAGE FAX ON THE CO. FROM LIBERTY...WOW!

Here's so me info off the fax:
Global Intellicom, Inc. is a vetically integrated, systems integrator, value added manufacturer and reseller of network services and PC's. Global holds reseller licenses with Microsoft, HP, IBM, SUN, NEC, NCR. More importantly, their clients include IBM, Lockheed, DEPT. of Defense, Loral, etc.

Check the news on Feb. 5..."Lockheed Martin Awards $6.3 MIllion COntract to Global Intellicom" ..intial order 5600 systems

Good Luck

PS--my trading partner, R KRUSE, was picking TSIS for the intermediate term...I love it too....may be a little while before it runs, so we are being patient and buying more on dips, if any come

You asked about who recommended TSIS (Interactive Telesis) on this thread. Probably about four of us. There are a number of reasons. While TSIS is still a penny stock at $.54, it is also a small, developing, PROFITABLE company that is just beginning to attain its goals. They offer telephone communications products that are being used by an increasing number of large and small companies. Some of the larger companies include: At&T, Ascend, Applied Materials, Lucent Technologies, Seagate, Stanley Works, even the U.S. Postal Service. There are rumors of other major companies interested including Intel and Apple Computer. NASDAQ is promoting and testing TSIS product with its members. While each deal in and of itself does not bring a lot of revenues to TSIS ($10,000/month is typical), the trend is that their products may become widely used by companies across the country because they are so good. Below is a recent paid ad in the IBD describing their services:

<<Interactive Telesis (OTC BB-TSIS) successfully markets a revolutionary product that is changing the face of communications in the financial services industry. As a result Interactive Telesis' two divisions are quickly re-defining the standards for IVR (Interactive Voice Response) technology.

INVESTOR REACH gives public companies a customized interactive shareholder communication system that seamlessly combines the power of computers with the ease and convenience of telephone technology. Callers can access, toll-free, a company's latest companies information including news releases, financial statements, research reports, and stock quotes 24 hours a day.

Interactive Telesis charges clients who include Seagate Technologies, Ingersoll-Rand and Tribune Company, a monthly subscription fee for the service and per minute usage costs.

MARKET REACH offers corporations a menu of applications for communicating telephonically with customers, employees or other groups. Clients such as Lucent Technologies, AT&T Capital and other Fortune 500 companies are using the unique services of Interactive Telesis for their communication requirements worldwide. The US Postal Service also appreciates how MARKETREACH's quick response and flexibility make it an effective
support tool for marketing and customer service programs, promotions and automated surveys.
