Kirk: Yes, you have a point. I should have thought out what I was saying and should have been more specific in my post. My error. Word for word could be a problem. I wouldn't term it "major" (what are the legal damages from such a post as opposed to a post from MarketTimer?) but one could view any violation no matter how small as just that and you don't probably need the hassle especially on you own site. But a succinct summary in your own words with appropriate quotes would not be a problem IMHO. My intention in making such a request was to head off the inevitable conflict on this thread about what was said and how it was delivered. It is nice to have a common set of facts to work from in order to keep the bias in check.
