I think that all permutations of the desktop have impact on NCs/WBTs
which continue to drive down the cost of pcs. As the relative cost
advantage of thin erodes, it makes it a more competitive with pcs.
But thin still has a life cycle cost advantage in less software,
maintenance, service & security...That's the selling point IMHO.

Also, Intel will be announcing within several weeks its computer on a
chip. And Intel just happens to have an investment in NCDI...and
NCDI is working with Microsoft on WBTs.....So who would you rather be
aligned with ? National Semiconductor or Wintel ?
