"The Muslim religion regards Jesus as a great Phrophet and a saint."

If the Muslim religion regards Jesus as a great Prophet, then why don't they believe His teachings?

Jesus the Prophet claims to be the Son of God and Divine? How can the Moslems reject His teachings if they consder Him a prophet.

Jesus the Prophet taught that no man comes to the Father but through Him. How can the Moslems consider Him a prophet if they reject these words?

Jesus the Prophet taught that He would be Crucified, burried and raised from the dead and He was. Why do the Moslems reject His Words and fulfilled deeds if they consider Him a prophet.

If the Moslems truly believed that Jesus was a prophet, they would obey His Words. They do not.

Is that what you consier a high level of respect?

Mark,
I have had many discussions with Jews during my ministry to them and have been told several times by some of them that "the Jews consider Jesus a prophet" but not the Messiah.

My standard response is: "If you consider Jesus a prophet, why don't you believe his Words"

I know that you are not Jew religiously speaking, but I ask the same question to you. Do you consider Jesus a Prophet, and if so, why don't you believe His Words?

There is only one way to respect and esteem Jesus and that is by believing in the integrity of His Words.

"I was taught only to have great respect for Jesus and his teachings."

If modern Judaism taught respect for Jesus' teachings then they would believe His teachings, but they do not. They do not because they hate His teachings.

Jesus taught that He was the Son of God and promised Messiah of Israel. To respect Jesus means to belive His words. Are you telling us that modern Judaism teaches Jews to believe Jesus' Words that He was the promised Messiah who had comes to redeem Israel from their sins? Modern Judaism has no other foundation but the rejection of Jesus Christ as the promised Messiah of Israel.

You are living a lie.

< my last post on this
thread.>

Be careful...Do not quit because you fail to help Emile see his insanity. That would be folly, for I suspect you might later be uneasy with such a decision. Boredom with the insanity would be quite another story...but surely, there are those of us here you might in fact enjoy a conversation with....

Emile and some others here, are a real study Mark. What is insane cannot detect itself, nor heal itself, from within an insane belief system. Recognize that, make a comment here and there to him perhaps, but do not allow yourself to get sucked in....He lives for his postings here, probably reads and reads again and again his own postings to you and others. This is the evidence he needs to validate himself. He will use you and others in order to make these postings which are in fact a lifeline to him. He needs you in his perverse way.

Heard any good jokes lately?

Best,
Charliss
