Cheryl, I'm not sure that it was clearly understood (at least by me) that we were dealing primarily with the IRS. I knew that they were involved but I originally thought we were dealing with Myriad management direct and the IRS was only an interested party. Now it appears that the IRS ceased/froze the assets and became the primary party with Myriad management as the interested party. That places a whole new perspective on how the scenario was to be played out. Anytime your dealing with the government buerocracy things get slowed down in regulation. We are fortunate we are not going to close three months from now. Kevin
