This item from the Noesis report:

Input to refineries in the U.S. increased to 7.97 million barrels per day. Gasoline production increased in all regions signaling the start of the spring run. Overall utilization increased from 94.2 to 94.7 % operable capacity. Concurrent with increased production, stocks of gasoline and distillate decreased, indicating that demand exceeded supply, which will lead to either increased utilization of the refineries or increased imports, or both.
