Graham / Barrington Petroleum

I need to correct my statement on 1998 Barrington cash flow as
projected by Nesbit Burns.

The $1.54 projection was from their third quarter red book and has
been updated two times since.

1997 3rd Qtr Red Book 1998 BPL CF Projection = $1.54
1997 4th Qtr Red Book 1998 BPL CF Projection = n/a
1998 1st Qtr Red Book 1998 BPL CF Projection = $1.21
1998 2nd Qtr Red Book 1998 BPL CF Projection = $0.95

Nesbit's projections (2nd qtr 1998 RB) were on the nose for fiscal
1997. They had projected Cash flow per fully diluted share of $0.95
and the company came in at $0.95.

Nesbit is projecting a flat year in terms of cash flow in 1998. The
cash flow projection for 1999 is $1.39.
