DDSI are the "regular" shares. DDSIW are warrants. Warrants can be excercised at a later date to purchase "regular" shares at a predetermined price.

For example. MIDLW warrants can be used to purchase MIDL for $1 up to Oct. 2001. If MIDL remains @ $2.50 for ten consecutive days , if you have not excercised the warrants the MM's can buy them from you for $0.05.
