"Emile I consider Jesus to be a teacher, a prophet, and possibly
God"

Aside from minor historical references in Josephus, Philo and Pilate's report to Caesar about Jesus' life and Crucifixion, there are only two major sources for the teachings of Jesus--the Gospels and the Toledot Yeshua taken from the Babylonian Talmud.
The Gospels were written by the followers of Jesus and are, according to the Christian Church, inspired by the Holy Spirit. The Gospels confirm that Jesus is indeed the Messiah and Saviour of mankind--the Lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. If the Holy Spirit convicts your heart that Jesus is a Prophet and a great teacher then the Gospels are the only writings for you to follow.

The Toledot Yeshua are writings that deny Jesus as a Prophet and the Son of God. They are very negative writings about Jesus and they distort both His life and His words.

You say you consider Jesus a teacher, a prophet and possibly God. The Toledot also considers Jesus a teacher--a false teacher.
But when you say you consider Jesus a teacher, a prophet and possibly God, you are clearly siding with the Gospel account of his life and are very near the door of the Kingdom of God. It is only a matter of opening the door and entering. The door is Christ and the entering comes by the promptings of the Holy Spirit.

May Jesus bring forth the fruit from the watered seed in your heart.
If you truly believe Him to be a Prophet, then simply obey His Words--
"come unto me all ye that labor and are heavy laden and I will give you rest: take my yoke upon upon you...."

Love

Emile

Mark:

<<I consider Jesus to be a teacher, a prophet, and possibly
God or a manifestation thereof.>>

I think this statement confirms what I felt about you from the first post of yours I read. I believe you are a person who is truly seeking the truth. Please continue in the direction that the quote above indicates you are going. You will find that Jesus is truth. Don't judge by the actions of Christians, but go to the Word itself (the Bible) and read the Gospel accounts of Jesus' life. You will find that His was truly a remarkable life. Read with an open mind and a receptive heart, brother.

In Christ, Tom
