as i mentioned, when someone will call 35 on si, they mean anything below 36, not just 35. just as if asnd gapped up past 40, tim would be correct. i use to take the predictions in the same vain, but have learned how people express themselves to mean otherwise when expressing where a stock will fall to. i will not comment on a miss or hit usually, but i negatively commented on devil ray this morning when he predicted so i felt obliged to comment since asnd fell below 38.
