Chris, I don't know who NTAP's biggest competitor is.

I just know that for the next few years this type of product is really needed in Europe and developing countries where bandwidth is not abundant and cheap as it is here in the US. However, I can tell you that NTAP was one of the companies invited to speak at the ISPCon convention.

As far as ANCR, I just celebrated my 2nd shareholder anniversary. Ask me if it has been fun? Uh..not. My experience is a text book case of being way too early . The big lesson that I learned is that being early can be painful.

HOWEVER, I _still_ believe in Fibre channel. IMO, the Ultimate bottleneck in this Digital Revolution is NOT going to be in the longhaul or in the local loop , but it will be in the buses . If you believe that e-commerce will explode from a couple of Billion per year to HUNDREDS of Billions per year, you have to think that the speed of transfer of data to storage and via buses is going to be oh so importante!

That's why I believe in Fibre Channel.

The problem is...we are _stil_ early. How early? Who knows? So, I am content to sit on my shares (since I've been through all the pain of the last two years, why give up now?).

:-)
