David, just a note on the proxy: Quote: "As of the Record Date, there were approximately 41,758,060 shares issued and outstanding and approximately 16,924,589 shares reserved for future issuance pursuant to outstanding options granted under the Corporation's stock plans." The PE, PS, and market cap would all be much higher if the 16.9 million option shares were included in the calculation. The PE would be over 70 and the PS over 25, a bit on the high side if my predictions of slowing growth are accurate.
