class action lawsuit? Qdog, presenty I have 21 investors that have both common and warrants. I think George Faris will have lots of lawsuits if the warrants are let to expire especially after all the "suspect" trading activity in the past few weeks in common. I don't call it arbitrage, I call it outright stock manipulation. Investors were lead to believe that ALL and I repeat, ALL seismic numbers for Chikaduk would be ready , instead we only had 1 of 3 areas ready, giving us lower than expected numbers. George faris and company should end up JAIL after his company's participation in this Manipulation. I will gladly join you in any lawsuit you anticipate filing against, AIPN ( George Faris and the entire Board of directors). Please e-mail me.
