#1. asnd DID NOT warn.

#2. This is nothing more then the market manipulators shaking out the small investors to sell thinking that asnd will miss the #. This is all a bunch of BS because while the panic are selling these guys are buying little blocks at at time.. Thursday will be a tell all, I'm guessing we will be at 40 by the close.

I could be totally wrong but I doubt it
