SCTI was recommended to me by a member @ .13
in my opinion SCTI should be trading @ .60
currently .185 x .195

I thought it would pull back to .15 That's why I didn't send choice out sooner.

April 14 is going to a be their stockholders meeting. I feel this is just like HVSF; when it went from .47 to 1.75
SCTI should move just like that
