No particulars were given on the $52 million line of credit, except to say that it cannot be withdrawn all at once, and only on a 20 day cycle. Also, April 20 is first draw.

Yes, there will be dilution, but there would have been dilution with the warrant deal anyway. I am not suggesting that this is better than had the warrants been exercised, but that was hypothetical and the line of credit is real.

George et al were very upbeat. Stock should trade around the warrant strike price for the next few days. Once the warrants are behind us, then we will see how confident current and prospective shareholders are about the company's prospects.
