Larryxman takes the lead early on with a solid 9% gain on a depressing day for techs. Sorting method is creative (i.e., wrong). 2. Current standings are based on some intraday prices I just downloaded. Future standings will be computed daily after market close. 3. Java applet takes a good 20 seconds to load on my machine. Will be accelerated as much as possible. 4. Column labels are screwy. 5. Ugly. Please check your picks and the OPENING price to make sure it's indeed today's opening price, which will be the basis for the rest of the contest.
