Steve, DTI investments are starting to look like tax write-offs to me. You might get quicker money from INTC puts rather than IDTI puts. Investors have low expectation on C6/C6+ from IDT. Thus, it won't hurt IDTI if nothing happened to C6/C6+ at all.
