Principal Financial Securities (Kugler's employer) had 300 shares of Long RMIL on the books as of last month., this information came from D. Young of PFS (to Pugs). May be they sold to Mork today. The other 1200 shares may have came from someone that complains here on SI (Jeff Garland (may be))...

I heard he lets Baker do his shorting, maybe the Buy was at Principal, and the sell thru Baker!!
