To offer my perspective, the Nasdaq is down 22 points, and IOM is off just an 1/8. This is hardly look out below yet. But if earnings are on the south side of their warning estimates, then better start putting the suntan lotion on. Don't forget to pack cool clothes either.

With any kind of support now broken, IOM is now in no-man's land (or no-woman's land in Truff and Shiela's case) between here and $4.80, about where the next level of support is. My theory about last week's IOM action being a coordinated exit by the Institutions seems to be proven correct. Also, don't believe Any rumors of a buyout, because

1. This stock is still expensive with 283,000,000 shares outstanding

2. No one would touch this company with all of its pending lawsuits (with obviously more to come now)

3. No one is going to consider buying Iomega until the Nomai case is resolved. What if all the Zip disc money is allowed to just dry up and disappear?

4. Sony. Castlewood.
