I look forward to a post of the key points in the call, hopefully Kirk's tape will support my recollections:

Both caller and Brinker were level-headed and calm
Caller wanted Brinker to admit his UTEK buy call was premature
Brinker told caller that UTEK is a 1999 play; that the stock is down only marginally over the $24 recommended buy.
Brinker discussed the 18-month LT gain rules, and that expecting a instant, rocket-like gain is unreasonable.

IMO, it was a good exchange of thoughts, and that Brinker later used the call to illustrate how unreasonable some people are when it comes to recommendations -- in that they want instant gains.
