Where did you here it? I trust little on the Net, particularly at Yahoo. Is it from somebody at the company? If so, who?

What a disaster today was. Hopefully it will get better in a couple of weeks.

Jack

Do you know how many shares are out ? .... and what is the float ?

I worked all weekend on three other cos and my eyes won't take in another 10K or balance sheet.

Wonderful Wendy says I'm obsessive. But my youngest grandson says," Bee doory blane bye bee !" I think he is closer to the truth :)

Well, I just spoke to Karima at IR & she denied that any plans for such a release or a deal with the preferreds exists. She also said earnings should be out in mid-May & that plans are underway for a reverse split. It seemed to me they were a bit suprised to get the delisting notice. Idiots. I also got the feeling they may be considering buying back some shares. They're still employing Salomon Smith Barney and Coopers & Lybrand.
