Nobody knows until after the patter has formed, broken the neckline, come up and tested it, then failed. Even then, a H&S is not a sure-thing reversal pattern. Don't count your chickens. Back in Oct/Nov an H&S started forming in Amazon, and it was a sucker's bet. This could be a top in Yahoo. I don't know. I'm certainly not going to assume it is. It's dangerous to bet on assumptions like that.
