Why reverse to $4? Isn't Nasdaq price hurdle $1 to get off bb?

the reverse split will have to be big enough to get the share price over $4.

Keep in mind that the reverse can't be too big because the Public float must be at least 1 million shares with a value of $5million. Not to mention, $4million net assets or $750K net income or $50 million market cap.

With 110 million shares O/S,a float of 50 million means a minimum 10 cent share price.
