That is the only way I can really get screwed. If it stays at 38...oh well I will have had a nice ride between buying high, low and selling options over the past few months.

Blank, good question. Loses the stock at 35 (actually made 39, though because of the premium he took in), and 40's expire worthless.

Probably about break even depending on quantities. Can now buy back the stock at 38, too.
