Just did the numbers for $25 1/2: P/E 10.2, '98 P/E 7.9, '99 P/E 6.5, Price/Book 1.98 (using estimate's from Baseline from E*trade). 3% Debt, P/E range of 9-22 (current 10.2), Price/Book range of 1.8-3.6 (current 1.98).

Thought I'd type that in rather than refer to "great fundamentals" and "trading at historic lows" in general.

Tom, I cannot figure out either why TIMT is not doing better. The only thing I can put my finger on is that commodities [e.g. oil, metals, etc.] have all been going down. I'm thinking that TIMT is just caught in a sector down draft. So, I'm holding till the value becomes obvious to more.
