CVIA soon to be WOTD thread....

I agree with Wayne's comment about thread participants not reading back into past messages.

There is a lot of history in this thread about the evolution of cvia.
I also think that we are soooooo very close to what we all have been
loosing sleep and appetites over.

Todays jump in price, volume and overall momentum will most likely
show up on many radars by this evening. Tomorrow am the proof will be in the pudding. Hell, you've all seen how many posts have been generated in just the last few days!!!

Kenny Ray, I hope like hell you've gotten my phone message and I'll call you again tomorrow if we are on that rise.

As for the rest of the long standing and loyal CVIA/WOTD participants,
"it feels a bit like Christmas Eve don't it?"

Dreamin' of a WOTD mornin'.

Check out the chart for FAMH. Been talk of a reverse merger there. The future is bright over there and maybe CVIA is starting to glow.

Someone shorting a .024 stock on the brink of a promising looking merger? I am glad I am not in their position... then again maybe they will sober up and reconsider <lol>.

I think all this NASDAC talk is probably 6 to 9 months premature at best... (but have to admit they are setting high goals and will more than likely get a NASDAC listing, all in due time.) The Corporate officers lawyers CPAs, stock underwriters/Investment bankers all have to jump through hoops for months in order to get approvial.

The reverse merger, is almost a given, and it will be along in time also, but I really and truly hope they will hold off on that idea until the stock gets near .25 (thats right I said 1/4 LOL.)
But IF they have a couple of acquasitions lined up now, they may not have any choice but go ahead and do the reverse merger in order to free up the required shares.

Personally if it was me in their situation, I'd leave the common stock alone and look at issuing some public traded warrants or prefered stock chartered under the new WOTD corporate bylaws... but all this too takes time, getting it into the trading system. I wonder if CVIA/WOTD has that amount of time to commit before the first acquasitions?

It is going to be a very interesting week.
