Jim -

The issue is - once again - Asia plain and simple. Look at MOT Q1 and what they say about Q2 and further. Many companies might decide to be super conservative this Q since what's the use of flying in the face of the gale. Won't do anything for the stock and they can get rid of a bunch of costs that they want to get rid of and blame it on Asia thus making things look better in later Qs. Must tbe a huge temptation to do that this Q.

Now I hope SNDK doesn't do that. We've got regular sales, royalties and earnings.

Company already said someting about this Q being flat CF last Q. Should I suppose really relate better to this Q laslt year. My guess is that sales will be up but not dramatically, royalties will be up and well but earnings should be flat CF last Q as already indicated by management but street estimates17c and so I think that we'll find that flat means just scraping in at 17c and that management will equate that as flat in relation to last Q!!!

IMHO.

Regards,

L
