If you look at a 2 year chart it looks to me that $15 is highly likely if there is any sustained market weakness.

Mark, what does all this mean with respect to the previously announced 1,000,000 share buy-back that DIIG announced several months ago. From what I can gather they have bought back about 200,000 shares. I can't seem to figure this part out with respect to the problems that were just announced today. Is there any justification to this madness or is there a purpose to it, knowing what we know now. It almost seems like they are waiting so they can buy the stock back at the cheapest price possible, whatever that may be.
