Because they would not be able to justify all those engineers and their high salaries. It would need a good heater too, especially for those cold nights in the North Atlantic. With vents behind the front seat to keep any exposed parts toasty warm. A good cigarette lighter is a must too! Of course, the sunlight would have to have a governor switch so the lighting can be adjusted to create the proper mood.
