Mike, Nice to hear from you again. This stock certainly has been one of my biggest disappointments, if not the biggest in the 90s. I have no idea why it keeps going lower, but the reason you advance is plausible and so is the fact that a declining stock does what it does best--decline. Once you get in a rut like that it is hard to get out.

Pertaining to the mega-merger between Citicorp and Travelers, it was interesting to hear an analyst today state that the main reason for the merger was the expected large expenditures on new technology that will be required in the next few years in the banking industry. Accugraph did have an $800,000 contract with Citibank last year. It would be nice to see some of the heavy expenditures in technology by the banks come Accugraph's way in the form of new contracts.

I checked Accugraph's website today and noticed a sharp increase in the number of training sessions that are booked for the company's various courses. That wasn't the case last month. It could be that there is more activity on that front or the site just hadn't been updated.
