Hunter,

I was perusing the "Tea Leaves" over on IQC and came up with this chart:

iqc.com

Since the data has not yet been updated to permit an accurate daily chart I inputed a 60 minute time frame.

Basically, I'm seeing that we had a minor violation of support in the $12 range on slightly above normal volume.

I believe we are seeing the bottom (minus more bad news in the overall y2K sector) of the support channel and should consolidate and move back up from here. How far, I don't know but I don't beleive the upward trend has been reversed.

We're just a little over-extended given the lack of news from the company.

And since we moved from around $10 to $14 1/2 fairly quickly, some say that a 50% retracement from the high is not unusual and reassures the market as to where support exists on the downside. We saw a similar formation from $6 to $9 1/2 with consolidation around $8-9 before the most recent move upward.

Trend remains intact(IMO), and we may have some consolidation while the Mmkrs chase out the weak sisters and build back their inventory for the next move upward.

Of course, this precludes significant news from TAVA. I believe IR hinted at this last week.

As for the silence of TAVA, I suggest that we reflect upon the secrecy that many of its clients are displaying during these assessment and inventory engagements. I have a feeling that they are more frightened of what TAVA might find than any of us previously may have suspected.

If this is the case, I'm sure the market and institutions will find a reason to support and participate in this stock.

Regards,

Ron
