I think the street is waiting to see how the Net Edge acquisition turns out. This is critical to the company's future.

Just about even--one minute above water, the next below. Still, there's no company specific news to account for the price fall-off. I notice most stocks that have anything to do with networking have fallen off, even Cisco.
The only other reason I can think of for a bit of a pullback ahead of this quarter's earnings is the comment of Ms. Soon in the last CC about seasonality showing up in this quarter's earnings. Personally, I'm guessing any seasonality will be less pronounced that people may expect.
