Ed, When I quoted a former MUSE user's phrase about "being tortured by MUSE", I was not referring to the fear of inserting a catheter into one's penis, but rather the resulting pain and soreness of the entire penis which is described on alt.support.impotence long after the initial insertion of the medication, which to add insult to injury, resulted in incomplete erections.

You say that I am not well informed, and I would agree with that. You can help. The only testimonials I can find are from the participants of alt.support.impotence. Perhaps the participants there are self-selected difficult cases. I am not a doctor, and have no contact with users not reporting their experiences on the internet.

Your experience as a specialist in the field gives you that access. What range of treatments are you presently recommending to your patients? What percentage of your patients have settled upon a treatment that they have found to be ideal for them? How do you measure success with your own patients? What percentage are experiencing erections barely capable of penetration and what percentage are getting really good reliable boners?

The few pharmacists and urologist I did my limited research with were initially excited about MUSE but are now claiming to be disappointed.
