I think what Christine is saying is that religious fanatics (whether "Christian" or not) feel that if you don't believe as they do you're evil. I agree. I don't believe anyone, religious or not, has an inside track on the Ultimate Truth.

This of course raises a theological point: you and many others on this thread believe that the Bible is the literal, absolute, and unadulterated Word of God, and that therefore you DO have an inside track. I don't believe that, nor do the majority of Christians, let alone people of other religions.

In the end, homo sapiens is pretty much the same--good and bad--whether he's Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, agnostic, or atheist.
