Thanks for responding. I hope DBC will let us know if the problem was at their end so that we don't try to troubleshoot a non-existing problem in our computer set-ups.

Been out of town. I connected a few times remotely without problem. But I heard a few users had some trouble. Be sure and email stockedge@dbc.com with your username and they can look at all of your connections to trouble shoot.
