sonki,

nice move on LLY today. LLY will do fine LT. you have a realistic goal and with your bluechip holdings, you will probably double your goal.

you are right, cal tax is unbelivable - you give 10% to the government.

the way Cal real estate going, you could retire filthy rich to florida.

Good evening Sonki,

About moving to Florida, where in Florida are you planning to move? You probably heard that they have no state tax and that probably appeals to you. However, the property tax is fairly high and also there is an intangible tax on all stocks and bonds, which kind of makes up for the no sales tax. I just thought I would let you know in case that was what was attracting you to Florida. Also when they need money they put it somewhere, like on sales tax or garbage etc.
I guess what I am saying is that there is no free lunch.

If you are seriously going to move to Florida, you might consider buying now as it is growing very rapidly and you could really make on the upward move in real estate which will most likely occur in the next few years.

Hope all is well. ***************GO INTEL *******************
