Let me make this clear. As a employee of GIFS we were asked to return any/all documents, property, tapes, etc. in our personal possession VIA SUBPEONA to both the SEC and the Grand Jury. I DO NOT have any documents, properties, tapes, etc. in my posession. I can attest to the fact, however, that both the State of Tennessee and the SEC have photocopies of all of Gayle Essary's writings--including the press release acknowledging Mohamed's criminal past or "youthful indiscretion" as it has been affectionately named.
