David, thanks for the response, I may be wrong but by following the market and many individual stocks, I think that some internet stocks are out of their way, but I was thinking the same about YHOO at 60 and at 80 !! Same with DELL CSCO and ohters. So so far for overvalue. As to the market as a whole, as long as there is full employment, low inflation a flaten yield curve, low oil prices and lack of real money demand, I do not forsee a BK even that valuation justify it. Between the two - overvaluation and the market mania it put me in a bind as I am not so smart to know it all and take a decisive position. From my experience in trading wen not sure do not do it!! it is your hard earned money!! All this is speculation that's why I am in cash, to date I can not complain, as I have a nice return for the year. You also must know wen to leave the table and not be trown out of the casino <ggg> BWDIK Haim
