Shalom, what hidden agenda could someone who sympathizes with the plight of homosexuals have? As far as the Bible verses, much of the Bible was written after Jesus died, and some of His followers were very political, and some of them were perhaps ignorant. Many misunderstandings in interpreting the Bible are because of mistakes in translating it. I have showed you web pages written by theologians and ministers explaining this, but apparently you do not want to open your mind. I accept that, but when you say things like "There you go again Christine, talking about something", you reveal your own bad manners or hostility or whatever negative part of you that comes from. It certainly has nothing to do with me! Certainly, some Christians take every word of the Bible as gospel, and many don't. The born-agains seem to be particularly rigid in their belief systems. There are certainly a lot of Christians who aren't born again. Are you suggesting they are not real Christians?
