I was able to short it through Datek ... though why I did such a foolish thing is beyond me.

The danger is that due to the small float, the shares could be called back at any time (like Datek really borrowed them). SIEB is about as over-valued as a stock from a real company, without hype, can get. That doesn't make it a smart short, though. I'm already down $7!

I believe it's supposed to split 4-1 Wednesday. Who knows how high it could go after that? Gulp.

JerryF--There is a whole market full of them out there trading at 110X or better.
I know a few that are trading at infinity above earnings since they have never made any profits. Trouble is you are dead on right. Stocks should not be carrying these fundamentals. But they are and they are dangerous all the same.
