Jerry Springer, My concern with Ynaty becoming governor of Bolivar state has nothing to do with his being able to affect a SCJ ruling. Local governors have a lot of power just as they do in the USA. He could probably slow down the process to a standstill. Do you think that the Ven. Fed. government would bring in the tanks and the storm troopers to enforce KRY's claims? NO! In an indigenous area?
