John,
Best case I can think of is, MANOVA already knows the processor works. And that they are coming to sign a deal fully understanding BC's reason(s) why he chose to "pull the plug." I think NOT having the unit running before/while MANOVA is here may in fact show BC's confidence that a deal is imminent. Did today's announcement state WHEN the unit was to be shut-down?

EDIT: I guess it's already suspended, according to the release. But it goes on to say, "The Company will only operate the plant to demonstrate the process to potential customers." How much time does it take to re-fire the unit up? If not long, then a working processor will most likely greet its Turkish suitors. :~)

Guys/Gals!!!!

Just because the processor has been shut down from regular operations doesn't mean they won't run it for demonstration purposes!!!

It only takes about 6 hours to heat this sucker up to operating temperatures and get the product pumping again.

I'm sure the past 3 months were utilized to accumulate sufficient production data to verify capacities and product quality for review by prospectives customers.

And it only requires one person to operate (two to be safe). It is that automated.

All GRNO is saying is that for all intensive purposes they are not operating the processor for the LP until the new permits come through creating a profitable operating environment.

Regards,

Ron
